If I could rate them lower I would. Complete clown show, the customer service chat is with a dumb robot, the humans are worse. 1st my card expires in February, there was no previous communication to inform me what the procedure to get an updated cards is. I find out my card was deactivated at the grocery store, great fun. When I go on the app it asks to register my new card....what new card I didn't know I was sent one. Now it's 4 days till pay day and I can't access my money because I now have to wait another 24 hours to expedite another card. To be clear, this will be the 3rd card.....1 and 2 are in the universe somewhere. Why wasn't I notified, why did customer service not give me the option at first to expedite the card,and why did the csr hang up on me. It's already super hard getting someone on the phone only to be treated like crap, all they do is repeat themselves and are extremely rude about it. MY MONEY IS GETTING READY TO BE HELD HOSTAGE AND I DONT HAVE ANY RECOURSE. DO NOT USE THEM. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS RUDE AND A WASTE OF TIME.
