They charged his card, yet it kept indicating he needed to "update his payment method." We reached out via email, and they claimed it was all "resolved." Upon logging into his account, there were no orders visible, and the payment still required updating. He needs his medication before traveling. I regret not advising him to avoid this service. I will attempt to email them myself now. I’ve sent another email on my behalf and will provide an update based on their response.
