The only thing I lost was $894. I purchased a six-month plan, but over a month in, I hadn’t seen any weight loss. I requested an adjustment to my medications for assistance, but they denied my request. After receiving my second (and final) shipment, I'm now more than three months in and still haven't lost a pound. The only reason I rated them one star is that I can't select a lower rating.
I had a poor experience with them previously, but since my uncle started the process, I thought, "maybe they’ve improved." I assisted him in completing his account setup. They charged his card, yet it kept indicating he needed to "update his payment method." We reached out via email, and they claimed it was all "resolved." Upon logging into his account, there were no orders visible, and the payment still required updating. He needs his medication before traveling. I regret not advising him to avoid this service. I will attempt to email them myself now. I’ve sent another email on my behalf and will provide an update based on their response.
I initially visited their website out of curiosity, but was informed I was not an approved candidate, so I decided to move on. However, today I noticed two charges on my bank account from them labeled as 'customer support' fees, totaling over $250 for no service rendered. Now my account is frozen, and I can't update my information. This feels like a scam! I advise against trusting them!
I feel completely cheated by this service. I was told it would cost less than $300, but they ended up charging me $670 and are refusing to refund me. I have transaction proof and screenshots of the original quote. I advise against using them.
I've had nothing but positive experiences with this service. The staff responds quickly to all my inquiries and the shipping for my medication is prompt, including all necessary items for my selected plan. I've seen significant progress since starting and have lost weight, excited to continue the rest of my plan!
Did not place this order. Someone else ordered it. I requested a call due to my medication needs, but no one has reached out. I contacted the shipping company and the pharmacy to stop the order. The pharmacy didn't fill it, and the shipping company said they would halt shipment as well. They won't deliver the wrong medication. I had been using a different product that worked well, but I would recommend contacting the other service instead.
I keep receiving voicemails about completing my sign-up, which is frustrating since I did that weeks ago and already received a vial of medication. It’s clear that the front office is out of touch with operations. I've sent multiple messages through the portal and emails but never receive a response. I have no idea when my next medication supply will arrive, and there's no information available in my account. I'm also concerned about getting a refund for my payment if I cancel now. I feel no effects from the medication and suspect it’s ineffective. If that’s the case, I’m prepared to dispute the charge with my bank. This service is a complete scam. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing them. Their low ratings are well deserved. It's incredibly difficult to deal with them. UPDATE: I was informed today that I can't get a refund because I've supposedly received three months' worth of medication. If I have, I don't know where it is. I've only taken three doses and have enough for only one more. I was under the impression I was paying for a six-month supply with monthly shipments. I canceled my account yesterday and unexpectedly got charged again this morning. What is that charge for? These people are truly dishonest. STAY AWAY!
