I recently registered in search of a new way to receive payments. After testing the setup with a small amount, a larger sum was sent, but I received an email stating my account was closed after a review. While it's their choice not to keep me as a customer, the larger payment is now lost. The email indicated that any funds in the account wouldn't be automatically returned, and I can’t withdraw them. My partner spent all day trying to resolve this, only to be told to contact her bank for a chargeback, which is misleading advice. This is unacceptable. If they don’t want to keep customers, that's fine, but retaining people's money is inappropriate. My partner has lodged a complaint and will pursue further action if necessary.
