I am very disappointed with this service. They allowed me to open an account and set it up, but then they required more information about my business before processing payments, which I couldn't provide. They closed my account while holding £2,000 of my customers' money. After being a self-employed joiner for 30 years, I was told to ask my customers to contact their bank for refunds. This is a frustrating and unacceptable situation.
