Previously, I bought an automatic massage roller without issues and liked it. This time, I tried the Wireless Muscle Stim (Double), which is very expensive. Unfortunately, I had to contact the company about a manufacturer defect they admitted to, stating they were aware of the adhesive pads not sticking. Returning the product was extremely challenging, as they insisted on shipping protection for an extra fee even for defective items. Their product descriptions are misleading, claiming the pads can be reused multiple times, but they barely adhere from the start. I had to make multiple calls and send emails to initiate a return, and they charged me for a return label. After returning, it took over a week and further follow-ups before I received my refund. Had I known their customer service was this poor, I wouldn't have made the purchase. They've lost my business and that of my family and friends. I highly recommend avoiding this brand, as they seem to disregard customer issues. I plan to report my experience to the Better Business Bureau.
