I had a bad experience with Go City. I mistakenly booked an attraction for the wrong date and, since I didn’t attend, I lost one of my passes. However, the main issue was that I tried to contact the company through multiple channels and received no response at all. What was supposed to save me money ended up costing much more, as I had to pay twice for the same attraction. The lack of response from the company is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company, as there is no post-sale customer support.
