The Go City pass seemed like a great idea, but the moment something goes wrong, they do nothing.
One of the attractions we used was the Big Bus in New York. They handed out flyers with pick up times. When we wanted to use it, suddenly one of the routes the bus only goes every hour, instead the half hour like it said in the flyer and the bus was constantly full. Me and my pregnant wife had to walk way more and had to pay extra for the subway. When we confronted the Big Bus they first didn't even realise what was in the flyer and then said we paid through Go City, so they are responsible.
Now whe are already trying to solve this matter for over a week, but they keep asking for more time, because they are waiting for a response of the Big Bus. They no even saying that the police states, you can't get a refund, because the pass got succesfully scanned. Yeah, but we wouldn't have done that, if we got the correct information. It's like saying, you succesfully paid for the car, although you didn't really get the car.
Go City is good in accepting the money, but when a attraction fails, they don't care!
