I’m astounded that such poor service is allowed to operate. I will be submitting complaints to various consumer protection agencies in California, including the state attorney general, to hold them accountable. My experience has been similar to others here. They did not show up for their scheduled appointment, and my repeated calls have gone unanswered. I cannot reach a technician to set up another appointment.
