I am genuinely outraged that such inadequate service is allowed to persist. I intend to file complaints with consumer protection agencies in California to ensure accountability. My experience reflects that of many others here. They failed to show for their scheduled appointment, and I have been unable to reach anyone for rescheduling.

I will be submitting complaints to various consumer protection agencies in California, including the state attorney general, to hold them accountable. My experience has been similar to others here. They did not show up for their scheduled appointment, and my repeated calls have gone unanswered. I cannot reach a technician to set up another appointment.
It's best to hire a local contractor for assembly. I don't understand why these retailers and companies partner with unreliable installation services that hire random individuals. As a quality installer, I was approached to do work for one of these services. Thankfully, I'm skilled, but many of their workers are not reliable and often fail to show up. The compensation structure is discouraging for qualified individuals, making it hard to incentivize quality work.
If I could give this service zero stars, I would. I hired them to disassemble, transport, and reassemble my treadmill, as my moving company refused to handle it. Unfortunately, I would have been better off doing it myself. The technician arrived a week late with no proper equipment and had no clue about the item he was moving. He even broke parts during assembly, and the company refuses to reimburse me, citing a policy window. A thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish.
We purchased a swing set and paid for assembly. The scheduling process was a nightmare, with multiple reschedules. After 57 days from purchase to assembly, the technician was nice, but the scheduling team was unhelpful. The delay left my grandkids very disappointed.
The technician failed to show up and did not communicate until the end of the day, leaving us unable to make other plans. They were unapologetic and it took several calls just to get a refund after canceling the service. Given their poor customer service, I feel fortunate they didn’t attempt any work.
I never expected such a terrible experience with swing set assembly. They missed seven confirmed appointments. Customer service is ineffective, only stating that I need to wait for the technician to fit me in. I am now over four weeks past the original assembly date and still dealing with this unhelpful service.
