I had to go into my home to retrieve a card. It declined as i never use it. BUT the cab driver would not let me out of the cab.... HE ASKED FOR MY PHONE (i guess as collateral?) i had to leave my phone behind. I mean he seriously locked the doors on me, and said "WERE GOING TO HAVE A PROBELM." HE NEVER USED A METER. I tried another card and he USED HIS OWN CARD SWIPE MACHINE. It wasnt declined but it didnt go through. I went to retrieve cash and as I walked in HE DROVE OFF WITH MY PHONE. I have filed a police report and reported them to the Better Business Bureau and FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE Boston Police Department's Hackney Carriage Unit. NOT ONLY DID HE BASICALLY KEEP ME HOSTAGE, HE STOLE FROM ME AND THREATNED ME. Curb is useless and had no words of help at all. I have waited 3 days now and NOTHING from Curb, They last emailed me two days ago. WTH.
