Extremely disappointing experience

If I could rate this lower, I would. First, avoid this taxi service at all costs. The driver took the wrong route to increase the fare and attempted to extort $40 from me. My journey was only 1.9 miles. He didn’t help with the bags, and after I retrieved the last one, he drove off with my daughter's wallet still in his vehicle, containing $232 and essential cards. I contacted the support team immediately, but they were completely unhelpful. This service is utterly unacceptable.

I would rate it zero if possible. First of all, avoid the taxi service at all costs. The driver intentionally took a longer route to increase the fare and then tried to extort $40 from me. My trip was only 1.9 miles. He didn't help with the bags, and after I got the last one, he drove off with my daughter's wallet still in his vehicle. It had $232 and important cards in it. I called customer support immediately, but they were completely useless. This service is unacceptable.

Avoid this service

Avoid this service. We took a taxi from this company last week. After being in the taxi for over an hour, the driver stopped and said, 'Your hotel is on the right.' There was scaffolding nearby, and with two kids in tow, we foolishly got out. We paid, including a 16% tip, only to find that our hotel was not there; we had to walk 14 minutes with five suitcases and two children. Absolutely disgraceful.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible app and experience. During the ride, I added my payment method and linked it to the cab. At drop-off, the driver insisted I pay cash instead, which I did, thinking I wouldn't use the app for payment. But after he drove off, I was charged by the app for a double payment! The app needs user authorization for payments. This is unacceptable! I'm trying to get my payment refunded.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. The driver stated he didn't accept app payments and only wanted cash. In my hurry, I paid cash and was charged by the app as well. I will never use this service again as they allow dishonest individuals to operate.

Unacceptable behavior

Unacceptable behavior. My wife needed a ride for one mile in downtown. She was arranged a ride at the hotel pickup. While chatting, the driver made inappropriate advances. Despite her repeated requests to take her to her destination, he drove around, increasing the fare, before finally taking her where she needed to go. What kind of company allows such behavior?

Frustrating experience

It's been three weeks trying to set up an account. The app is terrible. It keeps saying my card has been declined. I checked with my bank, and there's nothing wrong with it as I use it regularly. I've received the same email response from support to uninstall and reinstall the app. I still get the 'card declined' message. There is no customer service with this company. I will stick to a different service that offers better support.

Driver's assault must be addressed

On September 14, 2025, your driver overcharged my friend over $500 due to a malfunction in your app, which should have been under $30, and would not let her exit the car. Once she managed to leave, he stalked and assaulted her until a neighbor intervened. Your company needs to refund her ride, reverse the erroneous charges, and prevent this driver from working with your app. This was a terrifying experience.
