After the greater part of 20 years as a customer, I've finally am fed up to the back teeth with the deterioration of customer service, the eye-watering charges and an almost impossible process to maintain and manage domains.
My emails to the company are unanswered, to the board of directors, unanswered, to the investor relations team unanswered and all the time despite having paid for a range of products they could not be re-applied and a domain was simply taken off line.
Now, I have no problem whatsoever in giving praise where it is due, but on this occasion, despite calls to the "help" desk, staff have been rude, unwilling to try and resolve matters and refuse to elevate matters to any manager.
Enough. Avoid this company - it is expensive, terrible to navigate, no longer intuitive for domain management and unresponsive to email. Harldy surprising that the market cap for the company is at or close to all time lows.
