This is a follow up to my previous review where I have an unauthorised transaction on my card and did not even received any emailed invoice from Godaddy.
I’ve been sent in circles between chat support and the payment verification team emails, and now ive been asked to call in to the call center to seek for help for the refund, which Godaddy doesnt have an outpost in Malaysia so I’m incurring a cost to call one of their international centers - which I’m on the call as I’m typing this review, and the call has a minimum wait time of 60 mins, and this is a charged phone call as well!
How absolutely ridiclous! I’m sincerely never using or recommending Godaddy to anyone - such a terrible terrible experience in trying to get a refund of my money for a charge made on an account not even related or owned by me.
