Ordered the travelpod thinking what a great way to travel! Little did I know that it could not adequately charge ALL devices as it claimed - particularly poor with Apple Watch BUT it was convenient until it would no longer recharge. I contacted the company and the initial response was basically oh well, I guess you let the battery drain down to zero. I HAD NOT! In fact there was still a small charge left but it would not recharge. Following more dialogue i was told that the manual clearly states that letting the battery discharge to zero destroys the battery. I asked where in the manual it states that and I was sent this:Important: We recommend not allowing your device to run completely flat.I guess “we recommend” should be interpreted as under no circumstances let the device run flat because it will destroy the battery. Really pathetic customer service - they are not willing to stand by their product. Would not recommend this product nor the company to anyone.
