I bought a 4-in-1 charger, and the item I received had a label that resembled those from another marketplace. I also observed that they were posting duplicate reviews—five of the same type. When I pointed this out, they removed the reviews. I wouldn't recommend trusting this service.
The device is decent, with good battery power. However, the built-in cables are nearly impossible to extract without a tool. It’s also not mentioned that airlines are now prohibiting their use during flights. This means you can't even charge using cables. Additionally, when plugged into the wall in certain regions, the device tends to fall out. Overall, it's just average in terms of customer satisfaction. Some issues could be easily fixed, while the airline regulations are more complicated. Given the price, I'd likely skip it; I ended up purchasing three.

I followed the return instructions precisely, but my parcel was intercepted and destroyed due to transport regulations. Despite this being a direct consequence of their guidance, they refused to refund me for the item or the return shipping. Customer support keeps citing general rules but fails to acknowledge the incorrect instructions given. The main issue isn't the regulations but their failure to provide accurate return guidance and take responsibility for the consequences. Be cautious if you might need to return items with lithium batteries.
I bought three chargers. One was defective from the start, but since I didn’t open it immediately, they wouldn't replace it (50-day limit). The other two work but are underpowered and have limited capacity. The charging for the smartwatch isn't effective unless you take off the strap each time.
Stay away. The customer service for UK customers is dreadful. I ordered a travel charger as a Christmas gift on November 30th. I received an order confirmation and two more emails stating it would arrive soon. Ten days later, I got an email meant for someone else saying it was out of stock. When I inquired, I was told they had a surge in orders, but more stock would arrive in 10 days. I was given the option for a refund if I didn't want to wait. I requested a refund but got no response. After following up, they eventually said they couldn't refund because it had been dispatched. The tracking information was misleading and showed it hadn't even left the warehouse until days after my last email. I've forwarded all communications and tracking info to my credit card provider and will be refusing delivery.
I ordered a travel charger and paid extra for priority shipping. Instead, I received a mascara serum. What a surprise! I attempted to call their number, but the voicemail indicated all staff were busy with orders. It raises questions about their customer service for a company charging over $160. I'm still waiting for a proper response to rectify the situation.
