I’m really let down by my recent experience at the local hospital. My insurance provider flagged two items on my bill as being marked up over 100%, meaning I was charged more than double the cost price. Consequently, my insurer deducted £73.49 from my claim. I received a bill of £240 for an injection, two sets of tablets, and consultation fees, which raises further concerns considering the insurer's feedback. Additionally, the delay in addressing this issue has been frustrating. The investigation is taking far too long, and this isn't the first time—previously, it took an unreasonably long time to complete the insurance claim form, even with my constant reminders. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with this practice? I hope it's just an oversight, but I'm currently very disappointed with the service.
