Very disappointing experience with Godox support.After reporting reliability issues with the X3 trigger, I went through extensive troubleshooting and provided video evidence. Their support team clearly acknowledged that the product does not work reliably in a standard professional setup due to a design flaw.However, despite admitting this, they offered no solution. No replacement, no repair, no workaround. Instead, they simply redirected me elsewhere, fully aware that this would not resolve the issue.It is frustrating to see a company openly confirm that their product is flawed, yet take no responsibility. This leaves customers with unusable equipment and no support. I cannot recommend Godox based on this experience.
