Very disappointing experience with Godox support.

After reporting reliability issues with the X3 trigger, I went through extensive troubleshooting and provided video evidence. Their support team clearly acknowledged that the product does not work reliably in a standard professional setup due to a design flaw.

However, despite admitting this, they offered no solution. No replacement, no repair, no workaround. Instead, they simply redirected me elsewhere, fully aware that this would not resolve the issue.

It is frustrating to see a company openly confirm that their product is flawed, yet take no responsibility. This leaves customers with unusable equipment and no support. I cannot recommend Godox based on this experience.

Disappointed with Godox TT350F

Very disappointed with my Godox TT350F flash. I bought it from Wex Photographic last January, so it's a couple of days out of warranty. Wex didn't want to know.It won't flash on my Fujifilm XT5 and it seems it may have a faulty hot shoe trigger circuit. But I've only used it three times! Which suggests the build is poor.I now need to buy another flash...and it certainly won't be made by Godox!

AVIOD!!! THEY DIDN'T SHIP THE PARCEL AND SCAMMED…

THEY DIDN'T SHIP THE PARCEL AND SCAMMED ME OVER £1500!!They said they parcel was delivered but NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. They proof of delivery WAS FAKE, and they said they will investigated with the courier and get back to me but I didn't received a response. Tried to contact them again and then they ignored me and BLOCKED me.ABSOLUTELY SCAM!!AVIOD TO ORDER!

I purchased the Godox LED Video Light.

I purchased the Godox LED Video Light.The documentation and flimsy manual are somewhat informative if poor. This device has 36 LEDs or Light Emitting Diodes. And yes, it does satisfy my purpose of illuminating a GoPro camera in low light conditions in a very much niche activity here in Ireland. Is it worth the price? Yes. The unit is not over heavy either.

No sign of delivery!

Ordered from godox on the 6th of December 2023. Still waiting for my items now and it’s Feb 17th! The bracket to make my light useable still not sign of them and no help whatsoever from the uk, Europe or china customer support. Incredibly disappointing.

Poor customer support from this company

This review is about the company not the storeI have emailed the Company several times to request technical information about a product, I am still waiting for a response, without that technical info I am not prepared to buy, even if the products they produce are of good quality, which they are.You can't fill out the online feedback as the form refuses to accept a phone number and will not send the message
