This service has been the worst! I started a new contract expecting good local fibre service, but was misled by the salesperson. A month in, my internet went down, and unlike my previous provider, I was told it would take three days to fix! I needed the internet for work and decided to cancel the contract. To make matters worse, they just took a large amount from my account without warning. The fibre cable broke before reaching my home, and I'm very frustrated with the quality.
