I recently had my broadband installed a few days ago, so I can only provide feedback on the installation process, which was outstanding. The technician was very considerate regarding the installation and placement of the two devices. We discussed the optimal locations since our home has solid brick walls, but we needed coverage in all rooms for homeworkers and standard devices like phones, TVs, and iPads. The installation was done neatly and thoughtfully, and he was very informative, performing several checks to ensure everything was functioning correctly throughout the house. We've only been using it for a couple of days, and I tested everything simultaneously, and so far, there have been no dropouts. I'm quite pleased, and I typically don't give 5-star reviews as I worry they might seem insincere. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend it, and I'll update if anything changes.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I started a new contract thinking I would benefit from their local fiber service. The salesperson convinced me with exaggerated claims. A month later, my internet went down. While I used to get quick repairs with my previous provider, I was told it would take three days! As I rely on the internet for my work, I decided to cancel and return to my previous provider. To make matters worse, they withdrew £588.00 from my bank account without warning. It turns out the fiber cable was damaged before reaching my home, likely due to poor quality materials. I am actively seeking resolution on this issue.

The technician was friendly and professional, clearly explained the process, and ensured everything was functioning properly. He also guided me through the app and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service I've received so far.
