The most miserable delivery company ever. It takes a lot to motivate me to write this. First they delivered to a completely wrong residential address and took photos to prove they delivered (thereby giving me proof they did not). Then I wrote their customer service email address & got their automated reply to wait 3 days for research. Then I called them after 4-5 days, and their AI (no human available) could not find my package number. Sure enough -- when I searched online again for my valid package number they had removed all information on it from the system! Now trying to resolve this with the original Aliexpress seller. It is really too bad that Aliexpress sellers are largely moving to gig worker services like Gofo Express -- I will no longer be able to buy from them if I can't assure myself of who will be delivering the last mile. This was my third experience with these idiots. The last two packages were late due to the driver trying to deliver to my UPS Store address at 8 or 9pm when the store was closed (no doubt after their day job) then claiming I was unavailable for delivery.
