I ordered from Walmart and the sellers apparently used this company GoFO shipping company five of my packages never arrived they send you pictures of a place you don't even know where it's at then they tell you they will help you to try to get it for you because they left it in the wrong place and then they don't even do that do not ever order anything if the shipping says it's going to be from GoFO. I order everything online I do not shop at stores and this has been the very first time I have never received my products that I have ordered I normally have UPS or FedEx and they have never had a problem getting me my packages but this last order I put in I bought five items I have not received one it's been over a month and a half when I look up the tracking it says that it is at a holding station I call about it everyday they say they're going to put it back out for shipping they were having problems with my address I have sent the right address I have wrote them descriptions on how to get to my place I have sent pictures of my place everything to them at their customer service they keep saying they're going to deliver it and they don't five packages missing because of this company they are the worst shipping company I have ever seen in my life and now I will not be able to order online no more because I can't trust that they won't use the shipping company again
Wow, I came in to leave a good review and I see so many had horrible experiences with them, Guess I was the lucky one? But my experiences was good, they answered my call, got my address changed from PO Box to Home address and sent me updates on my changes and packages. 🤷🏻♂️
Less than 1. They can't read instructions. I don't understand why? They deliver to the wrong address. Then when I file a claim on it. They ask if my address is correct, which it is, But they DIDNT DELIVER IT TO MY ADDRESS. IM TOLD ITS DELIVERED AND THEY DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I HAVE LOST MANY PACKAGES DUE TO THEIR ERRORS AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!
I am writing this review on the international page because customer service in Italy has not been able to help me.
11/02 I have sent 4, maybe 5 emails. The tracking shows a delivery attempt yesterday that never actually took place. I was expecting a rescheduled delivery for today (after answering all their questions through the automatically generated link yesterday), but I still have not received any response and the shipment is not out for delivery.
I reserve the right to update my rating if the parcel is delivered today, 12/02.
On 13/02 I called customer service. Although the representative was polite, they were unable to intervene and could not even provide a certain date for the new delivery (possibly Tuesday the 17th, which I hope will be the case, otherwise I have no idea when I will be able to receive it).
I would like to point out that the delivery was originally scheduled for 10/02.
Update 16/02: After sending 5 emails, contacting customer service by phone, and updating the delivery information on their website, they wrote to me again asking for further confirmation of the shipping address. I replied again on Saturday. As of today, the shipment is still not out for delivery.
Update 24/02: Today I was informed that the parcel has been returned to the sender, without any further delivery attempts. Now I just hope the parcel reaches the sender and that I will receive a refund. Unbelievable.
The company I bought items from used this company as a shipper The address was incorrect I called to correct the address mind you the city and state were incorrect yet I was told I'd have to have it delivered to that city and state even though I don't reside there for some reason they could not change the city and state but they could have changed the street address which makes no sense. I called was not assisted was told a supervisor would call me back I waited 48 hours no one called me back I called them again again no one was helpful again I was told a supervisor will call me back I highly doubt I'll hear from anybody Don't ever use this company they are absolute trash
The most miserable delivery company ever. It takes a lot to motivate me to write this. First they delivered to a completely wrong residential address and took photos to prove they delivered (thereby giving me proof they did not). Then I wrote their customer service email address & got their automated reply to wait 3 days for research. Then I called them after 4-5 days, and their AI (no human available) could not find my package number. Sure enough -- when I searched online again for my valid package number they had removed all information on it from the system! Now trying to resolve this with the original Aliexpress seller. It is really too bad that Aliexpress sellers are largely moving to gig worker services like Gofo Express -- I will no longer be able to buy from them if I can't assure myself of who will be delivering the last mile. This was my third experience with these idiots. The last two packages were late due to the driver trying to deliver to my UPS Store address at 8 or 9pm when the store was closed (no doubt after their day job) then claiming I was unavailable for delivery.

This company is absolutely the worst ever since they linked up with SHEIN I have not gotten any of my packages they take pictures with your package at the wrong address and mark it delivered the customer service suck do not use this service at all
