This is a mess of a customer service team. I do not think the call center that the GoFo team picked out is exclusively at fault. Initially I called customer support because my package has been "Out for Delivery" from a distribution center that is no more than a 20-minute drive from my house for 3 days. The man I spoke to on the customer support line repeatedly told me that it would be delivered by end-of-day. After this he asked me if there is anything else he could do to help me, I said "I guess not" and hung up. 2 days later my package was not delivered. I called customer support, again asking for help locating my package. Questions ranging from, "what is your policy regarding time-senitive packagaes and reimbursement," to "where and how my package was being kept while it was out for perpetual delivery" were all answered with "I cannot help you until 3 days from now."I do not think their customer support center is supported by GoFo. I suspect that this place just takes the brunt of customer distain for a sloppy company, without any resources to aid or ease consumer concern. While I cannot expect GoFo to be able to deliver with the same speed as Amazon, I do expect them to be able to fulfil the commitments they make to their consumer and not hide behind a third party call center. Every company that uses GoFo is far less appealing to me now than those that use standard shipping methods like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
