Customer service agents straight up lying saying “appointment has been made, package will be delivered today” only to find out they don’t work with appointments nor can they provide time frames due to “being a new company” (according to the 5th rep I spoke to). Utter garbage. Fake information on tracking screen. This company shouldn’t exist.
