⭐ 1 star – Terrible serviceThe courier came to my house around 11:00 a.m. while I was at school. I did not receive any notification that the delivery was on the way, nor was I given a specific time window.I called customer service several times to ask if the package could be delivered around 5:00 p.m., when I would be home. I also explained that I could not leave the package with my neighbours. The customer service representative was very rude and offered no solution at all.This is extremely frustrating, especially because I am leaving for a six-month internship and urgently need this package. The company also does not offer a pickup point, so collecting it myself was not an option.Overall, this was a very poor experience. If I had the choice, I would never use this delivery company again. Even PostNL provides better service, which says a lot.
