Our package was delivered at the wrong address. The person at the incorrect address gave it back to the courier. We know, because we spoke to the person. An elderly gentleman. GOFO now does not know where the package is. They say that the only way to investigate the courier is by going back to the elderly man and have him sign a note that he did not accept the package and gave it back to the courier. Absolutely incredible. Obviously the courier has the package. This person is their employee and yet they are making it our job to follow up their bad service. Nobody should pay this company to deliver ANYTHING!
