Reached out to GOG support to help with a game that crashed on launch. I worked with Falran who was extremely thorough and very helpful throughout the entire process. Falran went above and beyond to suggest a wide array of actions to take to help me fix my issue. While we weren't able to get to the root cause, I have no doubt that Falran did everything possible to help solve my problem and research possible fixes. Thanks!
Mr. Falran has been assisting me in troubleshooting some issues that we had. He provided helpful, ordered suggestions and access to resources such as tools and video guides to help resolve the issue. The responses to my questions were very timely and thoughtful. The problem I had was mostly resolved through some workarounds he suggested, which allowed me to play the game with minimal difficulties. I'm thankful for the kind listening ear he offered.

but for this game I fixed it myself. but to let you know how I fixed it just to have one more tool in your troubleshooting toolkit was I had to create a new profile on my PC was not a driver issue at all. I feel on the install it corrupted the config file(s) on the app data of that user account.
