If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst service I’ve encountered, highly misleading. Their platform shows three monthly options, but after subscribing and paying, I couldn't access any of the AFCON games, and suddenly an upgrade was required. It’s unacceptable to treat customers like this. Asking for a refund feels futile, as I’ve exchanged countless emails with them, getting nothing but repeated terms and conditions.

I paid $30 to watch the CAF Cup, but it didn't open, and my money feels wasted. I've tried emailing them for help, but the support is non-existent. This has been a terrible experience with very poor customer service—taking money for absolutely no service. I do not recommend this at all.
Honestly, after reading other reviews, I was quite worried. However, from my perspective, I’m happy with my purchase. I get to stream everything I wanted without any issues. I also want to acknowledge a representative from the support team who was very professional and helpful. She guided me to a better option than I initially considered. I encourage others to try in-store purchases and not be discouraged by some negative reviews. There might be setbacks, but I hope the team is working to improve.

The app crashes frequently on my phone, watch, and TV. It runs slowly, and during the Liverpool vs. Atletico game, the stream lags and stops completely. Additionally, contacting customer support feels impossible—it’s a complete mystery. I’m subscribed to the 4K plan for $15 a month, and this level of service is truly disappointing.
