I booked a vehicle for 2 hours and used it for just 1 hour and 57 minutes. The reservation was from 12 am to 2 am. I picked up the car at 12:17 am and returned it by 2:14 am. I ended up being charged over $90—$43 for the 2-hour rental, which included fees, and an additional $47 for the 14 minutes past 2 am. I decided to cancel my account. I'd prefer to walk instead.
