I had heard mixed reviews about the Customer Service from this Co. and have to say I have definitely not received a good response from them.
The major issue is that they have ignored my consumer rights in relation to a pair of glasses, that a lens broke near the connector to the lens.
They say they provide a 15 day warranty for faults. However, a warranty does not override ones rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Even pointing this out to them, they still ignore the CRA 2015, and offer a discount to order more glasses.
So please be aware of this stance when purchasing from this Co.
