The process is easy, upload your prescription pick your glasses and len, everything is explained if you need help. This is my third pair of glasses I have bought from here, I’m very happy with them, and a lot cheaper in price.
I had my eye test and decided not to purchase new glasses from my optician, fed up with the 100% mark up. I logged on to Goggles4 you. So glad I did. I bought 3 pairs of glasses including sun glasses. The cost was a tiny fraction of what I would of paid for one pair at the opticians. All thee pairs are perfect.
The ordering process is easy and the price good. However, both pairs of glasses I ordered (same prescription) aren't quite right. My vision is not clear through them, it's slightly "off". I bought a pair from Asda opticians with same prescription, and they are perfect.
I had heard mixed reviews about the Customer Service from this Co. and have to say I have definitely not received a good response from them.
The major issue is that they have ignored my consumer rights in relation to a pair of glasses, that a lens broke near the connector to the lens.
They say they provide a 15 day warranty for faults. However, a warranty does not override ones rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Even pointing this out to them, they still ignore the CRA 2015, and offer a discount to order more glasses.
So please be aware of this stance when purchasing from this Co.
This is my 5th pair of glasses with Goggles4U and the first time I e had a problem with the prescription. Goggles4U dealt with it straight away with no fuss, they guided me through the best glasses for my needs and replaced them without bother.
My last review isn't correct, my prescription was taken down wrong, but it did take an email and for me to ring them before they even looked at my email, but all good now and my new glasses have come and I can see just perfectly now 😊 brilliant for a second pair of glasses

Absolutely Brilliant.I hadn't put through my order right so when my 4 pairs of glasses came i was very disappointed. So i got in touch with them by Email and they just asked me... what did i want ( 3 pairs verifocals 1 reading) and i paid £25 and i got all my glasses delivered perfectly.... i'm so happy and will never buy them from anywhere else again, i have used Googles4u for many years and this was my first problem and they solved it Fantastically ... I purchased some glasses here, as the opticians were charging me nearly £300. I was initially uncertain if they would match the quality of those from the opticians, especially since my prescription is quite strong. After entering my prescription on the website and choosing some frames, they arrived today, and I can see through them perfectly! I'm thoroughly impressed and will definitely use this service again! Although it took nearly 3 weeks, the wait was absolutely worth it! Highly recommend.
