The technician removed a wire link on the circuit board, thinking it was misplaced and causing my intermittent issue. After his intervention, my boiler completely stopped working, even after I replaced the link, which he later realized should have remained. He refused to include this in the summary report, despite my request. I ended up having to pay for a new circuit board, as he insisted that was the main fault. Interestingly, the new circuit board had a link in the same position. He claimed that turning the boiler off and on revealed the circuit board issue, but this seems unlikely given that my area experienced two power cuts recently without any problems.
