I sent my phone on Saturday 21st March on Tuesday 24th they sent a email to say they’ve received it and sent me a new quote which I accepted it is now Monday 6th and I haven’t heard anything from them I’ve emailed quite a few times but just keep getting automated emails back..wish I hadn’t gone with this company and chosen somewhere different to send my phone too..
