Good communication and updates provided via email, although received multiple reminders to send the device even though I had. Would be good to know what the ‘bonus payment’ for sending quickly was as I’m still not sure. Was disappointed to receive a lower price than offered on site, but have experienced this before when selling a device so it wasn’t a shock. Overall an ok experience

Avoid like the plague. Click bait BS and I was unfortunately sucked in. I had an assessment done at CEX the day I posted for reassurance and sure enough this crowd dropped £150 from the offer. STAY away, and do not get sucked in like I did.

So the reply of sending a case number when they have been emailing all day. This business is a total fraud and I strongly advise not going near them. They will not give you anywhere close to the valuation and will then barter you so they don’t resend. Goodness knows what the phone will come back like, but I guarantee it will not be the same as it was sent. Save yourself the stress and delete all social media posts from them. Should be shut down.

I sent my phone in after receiving an initial online quote. Following inspection, I was repeatedly offered significantly lower amounts, which I declined.

On 15 January I was explicitly told the phone would be sent back to me. Despite this, weeks later I had still not received the device. I was later told it had “left the facility”, however no tracking number, courier details, or proof of postage have been provided despite multiple requests.

Due to the lack of clear communication and the failure to return my phone within a reasonable time, I am now forced to escalate the matter to recover my property.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this service.

Disappointing Experience with This Company

I came across a post by an influencer about this company and assumed it was trustworthy. I sent in my iPhone 13 Pro. Upon receiving it, they offered a lower price of £45 plus a £5 bonus for choosing their service. I agreed, hoping to get something for the phone. On November 27th, they thanked me for my confirmation and promised to send a follow-up email the same day regarding the next steps. After waiting a week without any communication, I reached out multiple times but received no responses. I'm extremely let down by this company and regret not just recycling the phone instead of expecting payment! Terrible service; I trusted them in good faith.

Terrible experience once more.

Terrible experience once more. I sold one of my devices a few months back and faced issues, but everything was resolved after weeks. I decided to give it another try, but to my dismay, I'm now being ignored. They have received my device, yet I haven't heard from them for an entire week. They are not responding to phone calls, emails, or messages. Horrible service and customer support. AVOID.

Disappointing Experience with Payment

I submitted my request on 29th December, initially offered £30 for an iPhone XR, which was later reduced to £10 with an additional £5 bonus. I was informed that the payment would arrive within 1-5 working days, but it never did. After being given another date for the payment that also passed without any follow-up, I was told there were incorrect payment details. However, I had provided the correct information and have not received any response since.

Terrible Communication After Sending My Phone

I sent my phone on Monday, January 5th, and tracked it to confirm it was delivered and signed for on Tuesday, January 6th. Since then, I've had no contact whatsoever. I've emailed multiple times seeking a response and finally received an email requesting the tracking information, which I provided. However, I haven't heard anything back since! This service is dreadful, lacking any communication and misleading advertising! I need a response as soon as possible!

Absolutely Terrible Experience!

I wouldn't even rate this with a single star if that were possible! It has been six weeks since I sent my phone to this service. I've received no communication aside from automated messages instructing me to reach out via WhatsApp, which I've done multiple times. I've also emailed, messaged on WhatsApp, and even tried to get an update through Instagram, yet have received no response whatsoever! I have proof of sending my phone, including tracking information, so there's no reason for them to ignore me. The customer service is shockingly poor. I strongly advise against using this unreliable and frustrating service.
