Upon receiving it, they offered a lower price of £45 plus a £5 bonus for choosing their service. I agreed, hoping to get something for the phone. On November 27th, they thanked me for my confirmation and promised to send a follow-up email the same day regarding the next steps. After waiting a week without any communication, I reached out multiple times but received no responses. I'm extremely let down by this company and regret not just recycling the phone instead of expecting payment! Terrible service; I trusted them in good faith.
