Ive had a terrible experience with this company . I booked a taxi for my son giving the correct postcode and location. After drop off we realised they had dropped him at the wrong place ( the telephone representative had submitted a different postcode from the one I gave him ) .The representative at first admitted it was a mistake but wanted to charge another£ 18 to pick him up and take him to the right place . When I said it was unfair, he said he was going to cancel it and put the phone down . So my son was basically left in the middle of nowhere and lost .Now they are refusing to give a refund and trying to shift the blame to me and my son .
