Lower Earley (Reading). Booked via the app it said it would be 0- 18 minutes so I booked it. Then at the 14 minute mark I saw the tracking was now saying it would be 20 minutes more. I called to see if it was a mistake and all the guy said is do you want to cancel. It was my first day trying the service. I said I felt lied to and he gaslit me and said I wasn't. No apology, literally couldn't care less!

The site said that we would be greeted outside the arrival exit with all the other services. Not only was the driver almost 30 minutes late, he parked far from the terminal and had us walk with our luggage to the car. Granted the traffic was horrible, but a good driver would know about congested areas and construction. He seemed to be entirely dependent on his map application. He was also not able to point out even major landmarks like St. Paul's along the way. I had to call them when the driver was late - nothing was proactive on their part. I highly recommend anything else. Walk, you will be happier.
Extremely dissatisfied please do not trust there online booking system!!!. I made a booking in October for over the coming festive period, accepting the price and was issued with a booking reference number etc. Now two weeks prior to my booked trip I have just been told that they cannot now fulfill my booking because the trip sits outside their licencing agreement. Feel extremely angry and let down, clearly there online app needs to be adjusted to highlight to the customer at the time of booking that the trip is outside of there parameters.
I booked a Taxi on the phone with Go Green Taxis Reading to Pick up my Partner at the Maya Thai Massage Whitley Street to go to Reading Railway Station for 0830am on 27/10/2025.She stood outside the Premises waiting for her Taxi to arrive.Approx 5 mins after the pick-up time she received a call from the Taxi Driver stating that he was outside the Tesco Store further up Whitley Street.She had to drag her suitcase and bags up the Street to Tesco.When she got to the Taxi the Driver told her that she was Stup and he was angry with her. Why he called her Studid I do not know, maybe it is because she cannot speak good English.I asked for the Taxi to Collect her from The Maya Thai Massage Not Tesco.I even informed the Taxi Controller that she does not speak or understand good English, yet he made her drag her bags all the way up the Street to Tesco.I phoned to make a Complaint about the Treatment she received from the Taxi Driver, I was told the Manager would be informed and the Manager would phone back with reference to my Complaint.Needless to say that did Not happen.I will Not be using Go Green Taxis again, their Driver was out of order in the way he treated my Partner.
