Worst taxi service I’ve ever had. I made a booking at 12 o’clock this afternoon for 14:30 collection…at 2 o’clock No driver been assigned… I called the office and asked why had no driver assigned to my schedule booking. I was informed driver just finished a local drop and will be at meeting point at 14:30. 14:30 No driver arrives. Called office to ask where my driver was. Oh they have just scheduled a Driver and he’s 15 minutes away. What’s the point of scheduling a particular collection time if your can’t provide the service.Absolutely useless, completely unprofessional..second time this has happened in a month.. but don’t worry UBER is growing quickly in Oxford since there launch. Will Become a lot more harder to control market, and justify your overpriced service. Please Stay away from this joke company.
