Absolutely appalling service – avoid at all costs!We booked Go Green Taxis earlier in the week for a wedding, making it clear that timing was critical. Initially, they provided a quote which I accepted, and I even received a booking confirmation with the agreed price and details. However, because I was booking multiple taxis, they cancelled the original to combine them — and then increased the price in the revised quote, denying they ever gave the original figure, despite my having clear confirmation in writing.On the day, with full knowledge that this was for a wedding and punctuality was non-negotiable, I received a text saying the taxi would be 25 minutes late. Half an hour after that, I had to call, only to be told they were now sending a different driver who would be another 15 minutes. At that point, we had no choice but to drive ourselves to the wedding, incredibly stressed and now running late.I called to complain and was met with unbelievably rude behaviour — the operator swore at me and hung up the phone.This was one of the most unprofessional, dishonest, and downright disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with a taxi service. Do not trust them with anything important. I will never use Go Green Taxis again — and I strongly recommend others don’t either.
