The worst experience that I have ever encountered. Please do not use this company. All other negative reviews are similar to mine and if I could give a zero star rating then I would as they do not deserve one star. Nina (the manager) was extremely rude and refused to rectify the issues that we encountered. On 14 September our driver was due at 2am to take us to LGW but by 2:15am we were still waiting so we called the office to explain that our taxi had not arrived! A replacement taxi was sent and 30 minutes later we were on our way to Gatwick. All drivers are self employed and our chauffeur was lovely but we received no apologies from the Go Green office. We returned home in the UK on 25 September and again we were collected by a self employed member of staff (Mico) who was absolutely lovely but we had to contact Go Green as they sent the wrong size car to collect myself, my husband and my three year old little boy. Our journey home was uncomfortable as the driver struggled to fit our luggage in the vehicle. Mico could not see out of her rear view mirror and myself and my 3 year old had to have the parcel shelf with us in the back of the car. Both my husband and I called Go Green to explain the situation but Nina (the manager) was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional to say the least. I got cut off on two occasions and two members of staff refused to put me through to Mark and Mike (the directors) both of whom we know and even had the audacity to pretend to be foreign when I persisted on speaking to someone. I am fond of Mark (the director) but I am so disappointed that we have not been contacted as requested and we have decided to take the matter further and seek legal advice. Once again, I urge you not to use this company!
