Go Green - Go Late ! My wife is a frequent business traveller, so regularly requires transport to airports or customer sites. She has to be alert and ready to perform when she arrives so relaxing stress free journeys are a great asset. Unfortunately she has been let down several times by Go Green Taxis who have failed to arrive at the scheduled time. When the taxi is 20 minutes late arriving to take you the 1 hour drive to an airport, it doesn't leave any contingency for problems encountered on the roads. It is made worse when the taxi is late and nobody has contacted you to explain why. Telephoning the dispatcher is not helpful as they do not have the latest updates from the drivers. This is not the reliable service that frequent customers need for time critical travel.
