Booked my taxi a week in advance to drop me at work so I could car share to the airport. At the time of pick up, I got a voicemail to say that my driver was ill and another drive was going to pick me up in 20 mins. I then got a call saying it would be 40 mins. My colleague came to pick me up in the end. I would not recommend.
