First time I used this company to go to Heathrow, they were nearly an hour late which resulted in me barely making my flight. I have again used them this week to get to Heathrow, turned up on time and got there on time, Great. however, I was charged twice on my credit card by them. one payment for £78 and another for £88 for the same journey. They also sent my receipt through with a price of £80.40 paid in cash whereas the 2 payments were both taken from my credit card that was set up on the app. Very very worrying and totally unacceptable to be charging people's credit cards willy nilly with made up numbers. I'd hate to think this company are doing this to other customers that may have gone un-noticed.
