I pre-ordered a taxi to pick me up from a wedding when it didn't arrive on time, I rang to see where it was and was told it would be another 3 hours as there weren't any drivers. I had booked a week in advance and reconfirmed the day before. They said it wasn't their fault there were no drivers!! Shockingly bad and not even apologetic.
