Our cab was 40 minutes late. I called the call center for an update and the staff there - a female - was incredibly rude. She informed me that "it isn't their responsibility to get our child to school" -- Obviously not. But it is your responsibility to meet the bare minimum threshold of service for a taxi service, which is to show up on time and drive people places. Being almost an hour late isn't trivial. The argument of "we don't have to get your kid to school" is maybe the dumbest thing any customer service agent has ever uttered. I will never use this company again. Avoid at all costs if you care about punctuality or not having to interact with rude people who can't comprehend the very basics of logic and customer service.
