I don’t know what is going on with go green taxi firm but!!!My recent experiences with them have been less than adequate I don’t drive and need taxis to enable me to go shopping or get to places I need to get too all through the pandemic I used them once a week to begin with and then once we was allowed I used them twice a week so would regard myself as a loyal customer as they were not getting money in from the school journeys and not much from the airport runs now I understand my use of them would not keep the company afloat but I’m sure there was other non drivers using the company so again loyal customers!!! Now things are pretty much getting back to how they were it feels like it’s don’t worry about the loyal customers and let’s worry about the school journeys more leaving the loyal customers not being able to get a taxi for over an hour!!! Or like on the 4th of September I booked a taxi at 10.30am from home to take me to the train station for 12noon I get a phone call at 11.55am to tell me there was no taxis till one so why did the app let me book it and why did it take so long to phone me to tell me it’s disgusting I’m due to go on a day trip this Sunday and need a taxi to get me and my disabled mum to the bus stop in Didcot Broadway for 07.15am and I don’t know if I want to because it’s no good then letting us down Not happy!!!
