Do not use this company, they are unreliable. We booked a taxi for midnight on Saturday to take us from a wedding in a quiet location to our hotel, we had an email confirmation. I had a call, which I missed at 11.30pm to cancel as they couldn’t do it anymore. I called them as soon as I realised I had missed a call only to be told that they couldn’t do it anymore, I explained we were in a remote location and that’s why I’d booked and what were we supposed to do!! They just said they had cancelled other clients too and nothing they could do!!!! Absolutely disgusting to cancel at all but so late when fewer options are available to you and all 4 of us had been drinking so unable to drive. Will never ever use this company again and would not recommend at all!!!
