After using Go Green Taxis a number of times each week for a number of years, yesterday evening I had a confirmed booking at 21.24 only for it to be cancelled at 21.40. The controller, who called me to confirm their cancellation, was rude, abrupt, and could do with some lessons in customer service. I managed to get a taxi using ABC taxis and will be using them from now on...!!!
