The customer support is extremely disappointing. They disconnected the call before addressing my issue. I was waiting for my refund and struggled to reach the support team. Eventually, I had to tweet my concern to the company, and they responded, processing my refund within a day thanks to their social media team. However, their customer service remains very poor. I advise against booking through this platform; it's better to go directly through the airlines, as they are much more helpful.
